Merry Christmas Afternoon!

After a wonderful Christmas morning at home, we headed to Grandma and Papa's for the afternoon!  We opened more presents, visited with old friends, and had a delicious dinner! We even Skyped with Uncle Andy, Aunt Kasey, Cole, Chase, and baby Jocelyn - we miss them so much!  Cole and Chase put on a very entertaining show singing us Christmas carols - those boys are talented and baby Jocelyn is so beautiful and perfect!

SO handsome!

Matty got a new set of cool tools!

And Gracie got a crib for her new baby to sleep in.

Gracie LOVES Minnie Mouse, so a few Minnie accessories made her super happy!

She walked around with her Minnie accessories for the rest of the day.. ha!

Two Sweeties!
Thanks, Grandma and Papa, for such a special Christmas Day!  Everything was perfect (except Papa being under the weather!).  We looove all of our gifts and have so many special memories!

Merry Christmas Morning!

Matty knew that Santa would not stop at our house if he was awake, so he went right to sleep on Christmas Eve and slept all night long in his own bed!  He woke up at 7:00am and was dying to go downstairs to see what Santa brought!  Gracie Girl was still sleeping since she stayed up quite late in her bed just chit chatting with herself :)  We woke up a very sleepy Gracie Girl and went downstairs to see that Santa did visit us, and he was so good to us!

The picture is blurry, but you get the point... he was excited!

Gracie could have cared less... she was so tired!

Matty opened his presents in record time!  He has an interesting technique... he opens them all super fast, piles them neatly, then browses through them when he is done.

Gracie still trying to figure this whole thing out...

She needed a little milk to get her going...

Finally!  Matty was done, and Gracie was just starting to open her first gift.

And American Girl Bitty Baby!

A pair of fluffly slippers!

Christmas morning chaos!

Brady got a lot of treats and a new toy!

He was so happy to spend an hour out in the frost digging into his new bone!

Seriously, this was the best Christmas morning ever!  It is so much more fun with our sweet littles!  We love them so much!  They deserved everything that Santa brought to them.  We are so blessed to have such beautiful, fun, caring children!

Merry Christmas Eve!

Whew, it's hard to believe it is all over!  So many months of preparation for two very busy, fun, exciting, and exhausting days!  We had the most wonderful Christmas with family and good friends!  We really could not ask for anymore than them, but it turns out that Santa was so good to us too!

Here are a few pictures from our fabulous Christmas Eve at Nanny and Pa's house...

It was a Playmobil Christmas for Matty.  Our playroom looks like a toy store!  Such a lucky little boy!

Gracie Girl is always thrilled with a new pair of boots or shoes!

This is such a sweet picture of an even sweeter little girl!  Her face says it all...

And it was an American Girl Christmas for Gracie!  She got a Bitty Baby highchair and carseat on Christmas Eve!

Here's what our cookies for Santa looked like before the kids' went to bed... perfect homemade cookies by Grandma!

And here's what they looked like 10 minutes later when we caught Brady eating them while we were putting the kids to bed!  BAD DOG!

Thank you so much Nanny and Pa for a fun night with more great food and gifts than we could ever wish for!
